Refund Policy

We want you to love your L'Art des Boucles products. If a return is necessary, the procedure below guarantees a quick and hassle-free process.

Eligibility

  • Request within 7 daysof receipt.
  • New, unopeneditemsin their original sealed packaging.
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)required before any shipment.

Refund

  • After inspection, refund to the original payment method.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 working daysafter receipt of the return.
  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable (except in the case of an error on our part).

1) Eligibility requirements

  • Your request must be made within 7 daysof delivery.
  • New, unopened, unusedproducts, complete and in their original sealed packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened/started productsare not eligible.
  • Gift cards,promotional itemsor flash salesare not refundable; a credit notemay be offered on a case-by-case basis.
  • The boxesmust be returned in full.

2) Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Procedure

  1. Send your requestto sav@artdesboucles.ch(order number, items, reason, photos if defective).
  2. Receive our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)and return addressby email. Any package returned without an RMA may be refused.
  3. Packyour items carefully (use the original box if possible).
  4. Shipthe package and keep the proof of postage. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of packing error or confirmed defective product.
  5. Upon receipt and inspection, we validate the refundor credit note.

3) Defective/damaged items

  • Report them within 7 daysof delivery to sav@artdesboucles.chwith photos(product, package, label).
  • Depending on the case: replacement, credit noteor refund.

4) Refund deadlines & procedures

  • Refund to the original payment methodafter validation.
  • Indicative bank processing time: 5 to 10 working daysafter our confirmation.
  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part.

5) International returns / customs

For any return subject to customs, declare the package as "return of goods without commercial value"and include the original invoice. Any customs duties and taxesremain the responsibility of the sender.

FAQ

Can I return an opened product?
No. For hygiene and safety reasons, any opened/partially used product is not eligible.
How do I get the return address?
We will send it by email after your request (RMA) has been validated. Please do not returnany package without prior agreement.
Do you offer exchanges?
In case of a defective item or error, a replacement is possible. Otherwise, standard return and replacement are required.
My return arrived damaged, what's going on?
We recommend careful packaging and tracking. Damaged or incomplete items may result in a reduced or void refund.
