Refund Policy

We want you to love your L'Art des Boucles products. If a return is necessary, the process below ensures a quick and hassle-free return.

Eligibility

  • Request within 30 days of receipt.
  • New, unopened items in original sealed packaging.
  • Return Authorization (RMA) required before any shipment.

Refund

  • After inspection, refund to the original payment method .
  • Indicative time: 5–10 working days after receipt of return.
  • Initial shipping charges are non-refundable (unless we make an error).

For any return request:
Write to us at sav@artdesboucles.ch indicating your order number, the items concerned and the reason for the return. We will respond to you within 24–48 business hours with instructions.

1) Eligibility conditions

  • Your request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • New, unopened, unused , complete and in their original sealed packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened/started products are not eligible.
  • Gift cards , promotional items or flash sales are non-refundable; a credit may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Boxes/bundles must be returned in full .

2) Return procedure (RMA)

  1. Send your request to sav@artdesboucles.ch (order number, items, reason, photos if defective).
  2. Receive our authorization (RMA) and return address by email. Any package returned without an RMA may be refused.
  3. Pack your items carefully (use the original box if possible).
  4. Ship the package and keep proof of postage. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless there is a preparation error or a confirmed defective product.
  5. Upon receipt and inspection , we validate the refund or credit .

3) Defective/Damaged Items

  • Report them within 7 days of delivery to sav@artdesboucles.ch with photos (product, package, label).
  • Depending on the case: replacement , credit or refund .

4) Reimbursement deadlines and terms

  • Refund to the original payment method after validation.
  • Indicative bank delay: 5–10 working days after our confirmation.
  • Initial shipping charges are not refunded unless we are at fault.

5) International returns / customs

For any return subject to customs, declare the package as "return of merchandise without commercial value" and attach the original invoice. Any customs fees and taxes remain the responsibility of the sender.

FAQ

Can I return an opened product?
No. For hygiene and safety reasons, any opened/started product is not eligible.
How to get the return address?
We will send it by email after validation of your request (RMA). Please do not return any package without prior agreement.
Do you offer exchanges?
In case of defective or incorrect item, a replacement is possible. Otherwise, standard return + new purchase.
My return arrived damaged, what's going on?
We recommend careful packaging and tracking. Items received damaged/incomplete may reduce or void your refund.
