Apply the conditioner to damp, towel-dried hair, paying particular attention to the lengths. Leave it on for 2 minutes. Detangle with a brush, starting at the ends to avoid breakage, or with your fingers. Feel free to section your hair to detangle the lengths more easily. You can also use it as a no-poo / co-wash to space out your shampoos. For a complete/optimal washing routine, apply the Repair Time mask afterward.
